Prefabrication
The careful design of our cleanrooms, with no element left to chance, drives the quality of our prefabricated systems up to the highest level of detail, speeding up on-site installation and vastly improving the final product and quality of the details.
Everything is made to the millimetre and perfectly finished in the factory.
Hinged and sliding doors, glazing, accessories such as electrical components, openings for grids, machines and interconnecting construction elements all leave our factory ready to be installed. Special systems like pass boxes and air showers are fully assembled at the factory, tested and finally shipped.
The components are manufactured at our Italian plant using high-grade and extensively tested materials. The products are shipped ready for installation without any further processing on site, our production philosophy being to maximise prefabrication down to the smallest detail.
