{"id":2834,"date":"2024-07-12T16:53:18","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T14:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/parteco.it\/centro-kivuli-parteco-sostegno-bambini-kenya\/"},"modified":"2025-06-12T11:18:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T09:18:48","slug":"kivuli-centre-parteco-supports-children-kenya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/parteco.it\/en\/kivuli-centre-parteco-supports-children-kenya\/","title":{"rendered":"The Kivuli Centre: Parteco supports children in Kenya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parteco, a leading company in the cleanroom design industry, is celebrating a significant milestone this year: <strong>fifty years of dedication and innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To commemorate this meaningful anniversary, we have chosen to make a positive impact on the world by <strong>supporting the organization Amani Onlus<\/strong><em> <\/em>in their noble effort to improve the living conditions of marginalized children in Kenya and Zambia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parteco is proud to contribute to two key projects of Amani Onlus: \u201c<strong>Anita\u2019s Home<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Kivuli Centre<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Kivuli Centre, located in Riruta Satellite (Nairobi), represents a beacon of hope for less fortunate young people. Founded in 1997 by Amani Onlus and the Koinonia community, this center hosts over 60 children who were once living alone on the streets, now finding love, safety, and a new opportunity for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Kivuli Centre is a <strong>socio-educational project<\/strong> that allows young people to rediscover the joy of being children. Thanks to Amani Onlus,<strong> the children here receive long-term care <\/strong>that covers all their needs. They attend school, engage in sports, and participate in other recreational and educational activities. They live like a big family, taking care of each other. Kivuli also supports other children in need, helping them with school expenses and maintaining a connection with their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Kivuli Centre <strong>also serves as a community hub and service center<\/strong>, offering everyone a medical dispensary (RHP), a library, a well providing affordable drinking water, a computer school, a language school, a sports field, and community spaces that host various neighborhood associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this year of celebrations, we feel grateful for the opportunity
